About Cheryl

Cheryl Westray Smith was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. After attending the University of Louisville and Spencerian Business College, she migrated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. She lived there for 32 years.

Cheryl met her husband of 30 years now in Texas and they moved back to Louisville in 2013. Having been licensed at a real estate agent in Texas in 1982, she obtained her Kentucky real estate license in 2013 and began as an agent for Weichert Realtors—ABG Properties.

She lives in Middletown with her husband, Al, 5 cats and 2 rabbits. She is an active member and participant of the Jeffersontown High School Alumni Association, as well as the Middletown Chamber of Commerce. Her real estate designations are CBR (Certified Buyer’s Representative), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist).
